Right to Work,

Right to work is an employee's worst nightmare and don't let anyone convince you otherwise! There are just two scenario's that you as an individual can face.  You can sit alone at the bargaining table across from your employer or union negotiators can face lawyers who represent your employer. If you face your employer alone you take what your employer offers or find another job, if you can, because someone who is willing to take his offer is waiting just behind the door. When a union negotiator is sitting across the table from your employer  you are represented by a team with clout that equals that of your employer. You may not come out ahead of the game but you have a better chance if a union represents you..  

By the way, I am not a union member nor have I ever been. I've been given the take it or leave it scenario by my employer more than once.
