Illegal?

I've tried to stay out of this problem but it hasn't worked.  Controlling the flow of illegal workers requires thinking outside the box and that is something most of us are not willing to do. A very long time ago we decided to take the abnormal profit out of alcohol by legalizing it and controlling it. It doesn't sit well with some but many of us find that it is the lesser of two evils. Applying the same rules to Arizona's problem is the only way to fairly treat  the illegal workers. If you effectively fine the employer who hires illegal workers you will stop illegals from crossing. They can't get jobs unless they are in this country legally. If it is not profitable to hire them, they won't be hired.
Take away the profit and you take away the problem. I've said before that this problem is more effectively handled by each State.
