Having said that, where and why do they get guns. I support owning a gun for self protection or hunting, and say what you like but, I am willing to submit to a reasonable background check. I do not own an automatic rifle now nor have I ever owned anything close. I can sleep just fine thank you! Automatic weapons are made for only one purpose, "to kill people". I have no need or desire to "kill people" so I don't need or want an automatic rifle!
Police departments should be able to sell certain guns and destroy others like say, "the AK47"!
