According to the Constitution,.All men are created equal

Women are not, at least according to the Constitution. All you have to do is look at the US Congress if you don't believe me. Almost any State has more women elected to office and for that matter, more blacks,  why? Without regard to party, we elect white males to the US Congress because more white males register to vote in national elections, and then vote.  Women represent at least 50% of our population, if not more,  yet they don't represent anywhere near that percentage when it comes to registering or voting.  Isn't it about time for a real change?  When women register, then vote in both State and Federal elections, there will be a real change in the complexion of our representation.
