You don't have to eat just vegetables to be healthy,

I found my way to a site recently that promotes vegetables only. While I don't disagree with the premise, I find that a diet of nothing but vegetables not only boring, but dangerous.

Where's the beef
is far more than just a phrase. Cutting out carbonated beverages, using real butter, eating moderate sized meals and no fast foods, ever, has taken off the pounds and kept them off.
