Who says' ole GW can't think on his feet!

One of the first actions taken by George W. Bush was to suspend the 1931 Davis-Bacon Act. By suspending the Act, which sets wages for workers on federal contracts, Bush has insured his contractor friends protection so they can offer sub-standard wages for the work they will be doing in New Orleans.

Once again there's rejoicing at the Kellogg, Brown, & Root (KBR) Division of Halliburton.
