The right to privacy is a fundamental right!!

The right to privacy is older than the republic, protected in the Constitution and affirmed repeatedly in a century of court rulings before Roe vs Wade. Though the word privacy isn't in the Constitution, the "right to be let alone," as Justice Louis Brandeis put it, permeates the document.

What would you call freedom of religion, freedom of speech and freedom from unlawful searches and the like other than the right to privacy?

If you dare to interfere with my fundamental rights, including the right to privacy, you risk civil war.

There are things worth fighting for. And there are even some worth dying for. Our fundamental rights as Americans meet the litmus test..
