Kent Scheidegger, legal director of the Criminal Justice Legal Foundation, a pro-death penalty group said, "I wouldn't say that 20 or 30 cases out of 8,000 constitutes a broken system."
So I guess we can interpret Scheidegger's response to mean the he and the rest of the death penalty supporters agree that killing 20 or 30 innocent human beings out of 8,000 inmates you have murdered is an acceptable issue.
