Boy George Got His Wish

Remember the song "What's it all about, Alfie?" Well, here is what this war without cause is all about - Boy George was mad because supposedly Saddam (who had been a bosom buddy in years previous) had tried to assassinate senior Bush - Boy George wanted to be a "war president" so he started a war by invading a country on false information (WMDs, nuclear capabilities, etc.)

Boy George had never fought for his country, nor did Rove, Rumsfeld, Wolfowitz, Cheney (boy, did he milk those draft boards for everything he could to prevent being drafted!), and the others in the "war room" group so none of them had ever faced the horror of a real war.

We can support our troops while despising and criticizing the idiots who sent them into this hell-hole. We are using the rights granted to us by our Constitution and Bill of Rights, the very things our troops are fighting to give the Iraqi people. In the meantime, the same idiots are taking away OUR rights and our freedoms and our civil liberties!

No, I am not a Democrat, but have been a registered Independent for many, many, years. One does not have to be a Democrat to see what a travesty this "war" really is and how our military and their families are paying the ultimate price for the lies and half-truths and lack of planning by this administration.
